blue moon tutorial-
1. Start off by priming your eyes. Take a champagne or golden color and apply from the inner corner of your lid to the outer 1/3.
2. Apply a navy blue to the outer 1/3 of your eyelid. Focus the color on the outer crease and outer lash line, creating a backwards ‘c’ shape. Blend.
3. Take a lighter blue with a light hand and apply just above the crease, blending in to the darker blue.
4. Apply an off white under the brow to highlight and take it down slightly toward the light blue. This will sheer out the light blue, creating more of a pastel color.
5. Darken the navy blue to add more depth, or take a black and concentrate it on the outer corner for a darker look. Add winged liner and lashes if you choose. Bring the liner to the bottom lashes as well.
6. Done!
